Calcium vitamins and iron pills /? Hair loss …?
My hair (I have 17) and the hair on my mom (she is in her 40 years) is decreasing. I can understand your hair loss due to increase, but I think I know why my hair is falling … I have not eaten meat or anything with iron it and other important minerals. I start to eat healthy, but again I wondered if anyone knew or took any kind of pills that helped stop your hair loss. Thanks! Oh .. in addition to "A Women's Day One" I've never dyed my hair.
Well, it's just an idea but how do you dye Ofen hair? Some people have very difficult hair, I have a friend (hes 14) and has dyed his hair and hes only 3 times have bald. but there are others who have their hair like me, very hard. i dye my hair almost every month and I have not bald, I'm a vegetarian, so I do not think that food has nothing to do with it. sorry if it does not help me much.
