I discovered I had hypothyroidism in August 2007. I have 50 mcg of levothyroxine … I'm trying to lose 15-20 pounds and just can not seem to do. I've never had weight problems in June 2007. Now I have 22 and I feel I should be able to lose weight through diet and exercise, but it is not the case. My doctor told me my thyroid levels are fine. My hair is also continuing to fall slowly and is very rude. What is also a problem I've never had? Can anyone help or suggest something that might help?
Ahh I feel your pain, but I'm a little confused. I was severely hypothyroid, ie could not get off the couch. Anyway, my hair is love and all the beautiful things that others come with that, but now my levels are much better and I lost 80 pounds and I have my hair back once my medication kicks in.
