Will my hair grow thicker or darker arm without wax?

arm or hand of my hair is quite light, but little thick there are many kinds of same, so I thought it was wax. I looked around on Yahoo Answers and I know what no other person to ask this again, but I've seen varied responses and I am sure what to think. Is the arm to become more lighter and thinner or thicker and darker when waxing? And how long ago and I think that having too much hair is more difficult to draw a picture.
