Thinning Hair Diet

This is my diet good for my hair any advice would be appreciated?
I can eat fruits vegetables every day eggs and bananas a multivitamin walk and exercise to keep stress levels under the whole-grain bread and drink plenty of water all the great eating nuts for tea with cheese and no artificial food, high sugar and do not use chemicals in my hair, adjusted each month to maintain and use a mild shampoo and conditioner for my hair is curly and thin, keep it short so it's easy to keep in place. This is a healthy diet and the hair is a partial tear of normal 10-10?
your diet sounds very healthy! if you want to do specifically suited for your hair, try to eat more protein – fish, nuts and berries are good for your hair. Shedding is normal. is just part of growing up. My hair is very thick and when hair is wet, I'll run my hands through it and threads sticking to fingers.
