Thinning Hair Cuts
Question about hair cuts and thinning hair?
I have very thick hair. The weird thing is I’ll go in one week and the stylist will complain (jokingly) about how much it’ll have to be thinned, then two months later I’ll go in to have it cut and I wont need to be thinned at all, then the next time I go I have to be thinned a lot. It isn’t always in this pattern.
When thinning shears are used does it cut it to the point it takes awhile to grow back? I wear my hair relatively long, and its still medium to long when its cut.
I don’t like thinning sheers at all and a lot of stylists don’t know how to thin properly (they just make it up in my opinion). Go to a reputable salon and they will thin your hair where it needs to be thinned using their scissors. Stylists usually want to thin my hair but I say no. If your hair is thinned close to your scalp (aaaagh!) it will take longer to grow out. Good luck. A good stylist is hard to find..(almost impossible) lol….a stylist.
