16, hair loss, weight loss, any way? HELP !?!?!?
im 16 now. I used to have long hair and beautiful and the thickness of a child until I was about 14 years. i NEVER straighten / curl, rarely dry. falls just washing and brushing my pompoms. before you say – I know is normal, but I talk a lot about hair loss! certainly is much thinner. I used to have long hair, but I have it so bad I had to stop. Now I have a length Bob, but if I'm honest, but that is always out and thin and had lost all forms. I changed my diet, taking pills, the GP was sent to the laboratory hair and nothing helped! end of each hair fell thing theres a kind of white flakes. if anyone knows anything, or I can do something please let me know! I'm desperate I'm still young! thanks
Hello. Have you seen a doctor about this? Some medical conditions can cause hair loss. It is always best consult a doctor, get blood tests, and to exclude a medical reason for hair loss. Other things that can cause hair loss …. stress drugs (including pills), hormonal problems, lack of certain minerals and vitamins in your body, scalp problems, low birth weight (or not eating a healthy diet) and thyroid problems. Consult a doctor should be your first step in trying to determine what is causing your hair loss. The sooner you know what makes that, the sooner you can try to treat it. Good luck.
