What vitamins improve hair, nails and skin?
Somehow I ended up with horribly thin hair, brittle nails and prone to acne / oily skin. No vitamin I can take to help me with these three things? I tried to read, I fell on the vitamin B complex If this does not work What brand or vitamin would you suggest? I like these answers, keep em coming Thanks (psst, I work on target! So of course I will take some matter in the shelf)
