What I can do to relieve my stress and stop hair loss!?

In the past two months I have been a serious stress and me noticed a considerable amount of hair loss. I've been to doctors and said theres nothing I can do until you resolve the stress, which does not really happen! Basically my hair was very "poor" rather than patches of alopecia and experience really made me down. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know of any technique good de-stress? or shapes that can encourage new growth?

Stress hormones such as cortisol increase. Cortisol production can blunt other hormones such as DHEA, testosterone, estrogen, thyroid hormones, etc. Therefore, the stress often plays a role in the fall of hair. Lifestyle Recommendations: 1. Good sleep habits and practice 8-9 hours of sleep per night. 2. Reduce the intensity or duration of aerobic exercise low or moderate for 30 minutes several days a week. 3. Add relaxation exercises for each day for 5-15 minutes, like yoga, stretching, Pilates or work base. Dietary recommendations: 1. Reduce or eliminate refined carbohydrates 2. Type 3 OFF caffeine. Avoid or limit alcohol 4. proinflammatory and remove damaged fats (Hydrogenated oils, corn and safflower oils, margarine) 5. Focus on mono and omega 3 anti-inflammatory properties (cold water fish, sardines, raw nuts and seeds, avocado, olive oil) 6. Stress depletes B vitamins, vitamin C, magnesium and zinc. Mineral-rich snacks such as nuts, sunflower seeds pumpkin, and oysters (which contain high levels of zinc). Vit C and B Vits, inositol, tyrosine, zinc and magnesium are good for stress.
