hair loss after extreme diet, how long does it last?
so i was stupid and was on a stupid diet, only for a month of so though byt still it wasnt balanced and i have been eating healthy again for a good 3 months now, but just these last few weeks i have been experiencing hair loss.
i know that my diet was the cause beacuse i am otherwiose healthy e.t.c and i read that it will shed like a few months after the incident of stress/diet e,t,c
but has anyone experience this? when will it stop. im only 19 and my hair was my pride and now i feel ugly and disgusting and i just want to shave it literally cos its so ugly and annoying.
i eat a lot of protein, multi vitamins and have a good baalcned diet now,how long does shedding normally last? my hair is naturally thick so luckily it is thinning but not too much but i still want it all back!
You will get over it soon as you have started eating healthy again. Food rich in vitamin A, B, C, E, K, magnesium and zinc are important for healthy hair and also prevents hair loss.
