I think i have male pattern baldness. Im only 20 and its affecting my confidence. Any products to keep hair?

Ok so i have quite long hair and it looks good as it is. I dont suit short hair at all as i am not great looking and I know if I went bald i would lose my confidence around women. (Im already not very confident in myself so another drop in confidence could really affect me) I was wondering if anybody could help me with this…recommend any products or even natural remedies that people use to delay or even help regrowth. OH its important to add that it is a RECEEDING hairline I have and rogain doesnt deal with this but only deals with balding from the scalp.

some guy said that his hair grew back like crazy after taking coumadin, which is a blood thinner, but they can be dangerous so you’d have to talk to a doctor about it or something. there are also natural blood thinners like capsicum you could look into and scalp massages 2x a day.
