Male Pattern Baldness Pictures

I have 19 and am a boy. Someone told me the other day that a small patch of baldness on the head. I took a picture of the top of my head and I can see. There are few fine hairs here, but I clearly see baldness. The front of my hair is also down, but I heard that this is common with people with a heart shaped face. Nobody in my family has had male pattern baldness. My older brother and sister appear to have normal hair, and even my father to age 60 still has a long hair that has fallen a bit. This is an inevitable sign of baldness or other status. I do not know if it's relevant, but I had always white spots on nails for many years that is not deficient in zinc or calcium supplements that I took and they were still there.
