Wearing a baseball cap to hide baldness?

OK, a friend of mine is loosing his hair, he is now 24 and have a receding hairlines. The problem is not the hair loose as he told me, it is the people that don’t know he is bald. He works wearing a baseball cap all shift, and doing this for 5 years he said and all his co workers never saw him without a baseball cap. He told me he doesn’t want to take off the hat because nobody ever saw him bald and because of that he doesn’t want co workers to see it now and realize that he was wearing a baseball cap all these years to hide his baldness.

What can I do to help him, and what can he do to help himself and reveal himself to co workers his baldness.

Are you sure it’s your friend and not you? Most people start with the “my friend” has this problem when they’re not feeling confident to say it’s them in the first place. I would say you have to either wear a wig, shave completely bald, or try fresh cow manure, I heard it’s really good for growing hair.
