Is homeopathy and Trichologists as Richfeel, Batra, cure Shamshers hair loss?

I see these doctors who write columns The Times of India (to be paid by the role of this RP) and the management of patients like me a bomb that claimed to cure hair loss and regrowth. Does anyone thinks he can reverse baldness hereditary? Would not the hair transplantation as a permanent solution? Why do you charge as much as R 2000 Rs per month for a value of 10 medicines of homeopathy? In addition, some say, in the long term, these drugs can cause brain tumors. Any comments?
