why doesn’t anyone pick up these phone lines I’ve been calling since sat. 01/08/11, also left a msg on sunday 01/09/11 to cancel the next shipment and the company has deducted $79. and change from my account, this is the second message I’ve left. I sent an email to cancel my order since I could not get through on the telephone. I did use the product after receiving it, without success so, I read through the information and discovered that if your hair loss is due to medication this product would not work. I am taking a medidcation (Synthroid), since my Thyroid was removed and one of the side affects is hair loss. So I need to cancel this and any future orders.

I returned the keranique after using it for approx. one month. I didn’t know that that monoxidile was involved, and i’m leary of monoxidile. Spoke with Heather to let her know that I cancelled my order, she was very understanding.
