Hair loss, weight loss, irregular periods. What's going on with me?

So for a few months my period It was really weird. I bleed like crazy for a day. like a madman. Super strong flow. Then it disappeared. So do not get it twice a day. (Do not complain) and I realized I started to lose weight. What I think because I started eating healthier. And now, my hair is falling like crazy. if I run your fingers through my hair, I get at least 3-6 hairs. and I have to clean my brush every day. It's crazy. there is hair all over the bedroom floor. What's happening? I'm fourteen years, if that makes a difference. and even now, my period was regular super. I never missed a day, and I've never been a day late. I'm pretty cold. I'm under pressure … ZERO

the only answer is to go to the doctor as soon as possible!
