Hair Loss Underweight

hair loss in cats??

Hi,
there is this tabby cat that lives in the neighbourhood and he looks underweight and has loss of hair around his back,tail and back legs!! i do feed him when he comes near our house!! he is not a stray as my son said he knows where he lives and he does not think he is treated well=((

trouble is if i fed every cat i felt for i would probably end up with 250!!!!!!

what should i do??
I have 2 cats of my own

If you know the owner confront them! If things are as your son expected ( the cat being miss treated ) contact the ASPCA or PETA!
