Mirena causing Heart problems?

Hi,
I am using Mirena for about 9 months.
I have been having several side effects, such as hair loss, kidney problems, no sex drive, infections, bloating, etc. Now, for a several days I started feeling strong colic like pain in my heart, that last about 5 minutes each time.
I read that “Progestin-only contraceptives are linked with an increased risk of blood-clotting disorders” and cause the stroke. Is it something I should be concerned about? I never had any heart problems before and was quite a healthy woman.
I was wondering if I should be worried about having stroke symptoms ? Thanks.

This is pretty normal for birth control…I was in your same situation and tried everything to restore it. I switched pills a couple times and gave up, the libido was just not coming back.
