this is in nourkrin [remedy for hair loss makes it grow back apparently]too..you can get these seperatly in health food stores..
so whats the news about silica and horsetail

Horsetail actually contains a very high level of silica – so you are really talking about one thing here.
Silica is supposed to improve the strength & condition of hair (& nails & teeth).
Not sure about making it grow back though!
