I have extensive allergies including wheat, gluten, vinegar, yellow dye, many antibiotics, pollen, many types of trees, fruits, meat, carrots, appple, bananas, tomatoes and many others … (I or hives bad) because of that, I could eat rice and corn all natural chicken. It's hard to eat only three things every day. I feel lost and do not know what to do, I'll have a nutritional deficiency because my hair begins to dry up and fall (a little here and there).
