how can i cure my itchy scalp from dermatitis( itchiness, dandruff and hair loss)?

i’m goin crazy with this . I’ve been to 5 drs and tried all medictaions from shampoos like nizoral, fungitar, selsun blue and others . Also, I tried cortizone creams, ointment and lotions, tried prepared applications with salicylic acid, but nothing seems to work it’s only temp for 3 weeks then i’m all over it again . i’ve been having this for almost a year, abit after i gave birth ( My baby is now 18mos). I’m clueless and I don know what to do, Does any body know?
