Hair Loss Kelp
Has anyone been iron deficient anemic and suffered hair loss?
if so when did your hair start growing back? My doctor said once my iron levels are up It should grow back and look much better than before. At the moment its thinning out badly. My iron level was 6.3! And i take sea kelp and b complex vitamins.
Yes it can take control of your hair. I haven’t had low iron in a while and now my hair is thicker, keeping it trim helps too.
