im a 14 year old girl and im getting blad in some spots. not like bald bald buh the hair is like gtetting really thin! what should i do?
i use body envy of herbal essences and i have A LOT of dandruff. i got shampoo from the doctor buh i dunno bout the hair loss. im gettin a bloodtest. could it be because i dont eat properly? PLEASE HELP ME!

take a good multi vitamin daily, use voulumizing shampoo, and massage your scalp this stimulates the hair to grow do it while your showering and washing your hair. it could also be the thyroid being low that causes it too. i have a low thyroid and it made me have hair loss as well now i am on meds for it and it is helping. ask your doctor about this. good luck to u
