I’ve seen several ads recently for this product but couldn’t really find any satisfactory information about it. I did finally find something today and will try to post it as an Answer rather than including it here in the question area.
No, I’m not looking for spam–I just wanted to post the info I found about this product and couldn’t post an answer to a question asked about it here–4 weeks ago.
The owners applied for a trademark registration on May 6, 2009. The current Federal Status of this filing is a Final Refusal for the trademark on March 1, 2010.
