Hair loss after pregnancy?
After I had my son, I noticed my hair began shedding horribly. A friend that had her son two weeks later noticed the same thing. When I wash my hair the shower is covered in hair. My hairbrush gets full. It’s pretty ridiculous.

It’s normal. When you are pregnant, the hormones and all the vitamins you take generally make your hair very healthy and you typically don’t lose much hair throughout. Once you’ve had the baby, you kind of lose all that hair at once that you didn’t shed throughout the pregnancy.
For me, I lost a lot for few weeks and then it went back to a normal amount.
You could try taking folic acid (One of the vitamins in Prenatals), it’s great for both your hair and your nails.
