How can I prevent baldness?
No one in my family has baldness.But even when I was a kid I had a long forehead so sometimes when hair flies it looks like bald.I don’t want to go bald I want to have beautiful strong and shining hair.Can proper hair care prevent baldness.please give me some tips.
Baldness is usually hereditary, but you stated no one is balding in your family…this also means any man or woman in your families history. Sometimes people can lose hair from different medications or even stress. You want to keep what you have so I’d skip the blow drying (if you do) and put as little products on it as possible. for eg; you wouldn’t want to put a shiny gel to draw attention to the area you don’t want people to look at. I use Shine Miracle Mist on My hair after I am done fixing it about $5 at any drugstore. Make sure it’s the Mist (spray) though and not the serum that you have to put on yourself, I made that mistake and my hair looked oily! Hold Mist Bottle about 6-10 inches from hair for best results and you don’t need much for a shiny look. If you are taking any medication that may be causing (as a side effect) balding consult your doctor. If it’s stress try to figure what the source is and work on freeing that from your life.
