I’ve been drinking protein shakes for quite a while and thank God my muscles and body is shaping up really good from it, but someone told me that these shakes are not good for women, cause it can cause menopause, loss of hair, deeper voice which I don’t mind cause I’m a dyke and problems in your ovaries ( pain in them ).
No. You must be working out or at least exercise regularly, plus the proper diet, to get the muscular body that you wish for.
I have no idea what those protein shakes contain. If it contains anabolic steroids or androgen or testosterone, that’s bad news. Remember those athletes who were disqualified from the olympics? They were taking these.
Also, cholesterol, steroids, and androgen will be converted to estrogen, because you are female and that’s what your body needs. Your voice should not deepen and you won’t lose your hair, unlike men with high testosterone levels.
Menopause will come when it’s time. Better ask your mother when she had hers. Yours should be close.
