Why do some women go crazy for bald men?

Or even balding men? What would make a women go crazy over a balding man? I know this happens. Why, genetically, physiologically would a female desire to procreate with a male that had a gene for baldness. I mean specifically the women who go crazy over balding men, and not just the women who have fallen in love with men who happen to be bald/balding. What is it about bald/balding men that some women find so appealing?

It’s a psychological issue more so than biological. It has to do with the father/daughter psychological dynamic when females grow up. They subconsciously seek traits in a mating partner that their father or paternal up bringer has – in this case, baldness.
