Whats the chance i will go bald?
Hey so my dad is 1 year away from 60, and apart from looking very young for his age he also still has a full head of hair and has not even started to grey…my brother is 23 this year and he has absolutely no signs of baldness….im 20 but im paranoid that i could still become bald even if my brother and my dad show no symptoms
also my mother says she cannot remember anyone in her family having baldness….so is it more than likely i have dodged the baldness gene or is there still a chance?
actually my mums grandfather on her mothers side had a bit of baldness…what does this mean for me…..btw atm i have thick brown hair and my mother thinks im crazy because of my paranoya about going bald she thinks i have a thick head of hear
It really depends on whose genes you inherited most from. The baldness may have skipped a generation with your dad and could still be in your DNA. I think for now you are just fine, wait and see down the line if you start losing mass amounts of hair. Also, if you have very fine, thin hair you have a more than likely chance of becoming bald.
