The causes of baldness and lower fertility in men
Male pattern baldness hair loss more common in men. Some bald men experience when in his 60s. Age has not proven to be the main cause of hair loss in men what others thought. Men should consider your body has something to do with his baldness – it has something to do with the amount of androgen their bodies produce. Androgens are the hormones responsible for development normal sexual men.

Testosterone production is related to the exercise of masculine traits, in particular, strength and physical exertion. This is what allows men to postpone or even reverse baldness.
In Japan, statistics view, the fact that a diet rich in calories and fat, along with a sedentary lifestyle has caused more cases of baldness reports. This means that the lifestyle can help men get rid of this problem trying to live a hard life. You should go to the gym, running in the park and a diet rich in fruits and vegetables if you have a problem of baldness. Avoid fatty and high calorie soda. A healthy diet also helps you lose weight and improve your appearance.
I do not think that baldness or loss of fertility are essential for their age. You do not have to worry about your sex life the body and more energy. Only a practice mode Fitness – Eat vegetables and fruits, and exercise – and you can have a slimmer body, more hair and more sex for pleasure.
